By downloading, accessing, or using the NurPath App — including its institutional offering, marketed as NurPath Education (NurPathED) — operated by Global Corp US, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an individual or family account yourself. If you are under 13, you may only use NurPath through an account created and managed by your school (as part of our institutional offering) or by your parent/guardian on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Free trial. Individual and Family plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment card is collected and verified at signup but is not charged until the trial ends.
Auto-renewal. Unless cancelled before the trial or current billing period ends, your subscription automatically renews and your card will be charged for the plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) you selected, until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Membership. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period; we do not charge you again after cancellation.
Refunds. Refunds are issued at our discretion by our support team, not automatically. If a refund is approved for a card-billed (Stripe) subscription in trial or active status, it covers your most recent payment (in full, or a partial amount at our discretion), your subscription is cancelled immediately with no further charges, and your Pro access ends immediately upon refund — this differs from a standard cancellation (above), where access continues through the period you already paid for. You'll receive an email confirming the refund amount once it's processed. Promotional codes and institute (school) billing are handled separately — contact us if you need help with either. Promotional codes. Codes issued by us grant access to a specific plan tier for a specific duration as stated at redemption, are single-use unless otherwise specified, and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Institutional (school) plans. Schools may apply for an institutional subscription. Approved applications begin with a trial limited to a portion of the requested plan's seat capacity; full seat capacity unlocks once the institutional subscription is paid. Institutional billing is managed by the school's designated administrator.
Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number.
Price changes. We may change our prices; changes will not affect a billing period you've already paid for, and we'll provide notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.
You agree to use the App only for its intended educational and spiritual purposes. You shall not:
Our institutional offering is marketed as NurPath Education (NurPathED); it is the same App and the same Global Corp US, Inc. service described throughout these Terms, not a separate product or company. If you apply for or administer an institutional account on behalf of a school, you represent that you have the authority to do so, and that you will obtain any consent required by applicable law (including for students under 13) before granting or enabling their access to NurPath. You are responsible for managing member roles and seat allocation within your institution's account.

Reference to any specific scholars, schools of thought, or interpretations does not constitute an endorsement of all views held by those individuals or schools.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use, or for non-payment of subscription fees.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Corp US, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. See our Legal Notice for additional detail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Corp US, Inc. regarding your use of the App.
